“Mathias, where are you?” You sighed as you put your hands on your hips and shut the front door with your foot.

You got a text from your boyfriend Mathias saying not to stay overtime at work and to get home for a surprise and you were currently confused.

All the lights were off when you entered the home and you heard nothing which scared you since Mathias was loud and always made noise. Suddenly you heard soft jazz music coming from the kitchen.

You raised your brow and took a few steps in as you dropped your purse on the floor and listened to the music some more.

Mathias knew you loved jazz music, you smiled a bit as the music continued to flow into your ear, but jumped a bit as you felt arms wrap themselves around your plump waist as you heard a deep hello being whispered into your ear.

You grinned and turned around in Mathias’ arms as you wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him down to give him a sweet kiss on the lips.

“Dance with me smuk?” You blushed lightly at his words and nodded lightly. It still surprised you that a guy like Mathias; tall, handsome and full of life could love someone like you; short, chunky and shy. It still boggled your mind.

Mathias lightly grabbed one of your hands and placed on of his on your plump waist which he gave a squeeze to as you wrapped your hand around his neck as he started to lead you in a slow waltz pulling you closer to him.

“lykkelig Valentinsdag (Name), I love you.” You felt Mathias place a gentle kiss on the top of your head as you sighed happily. Every year he would do something sweet like this and it just made you love him even more though you felt bad, you would do something for him as well, but his was so much better.

“I’m sorry Mathias.” The two of you continued your waltz around the living room as the Scandinavian man looked down at you with a raised brow.

“Sorry for what (Name)?” He stroked your (Hair color) locks lightly as he pulled you into his chest and pulled you onto the couch with him, you being in his lap.

“My surprises and presents never compare to yours and I feel terrible, I’m sorry.” You looked down in shame as he chuckled and lifted your head up and kissed your chubby cheeks that he loved.

“(Name), I love your presents, their sweet and adorable just like you; don’t feel terrible because I want to spoil you rotten.” You giggled as he nuzzled your neck. He did spoil you rotten, that’s true and you loved it.

“I do all this extra stuff because you deserve it and I love to see the looks on your adorably chubby face.”

“Just having you here with me is a gift enough (Name).” He kissed your neck lightly as his large hands gripped your plump waist as he gently pinned you to the soft couch.

“Now sweetheart, let me show you how a Viking loves his woman.” Mathias grinned at you as he started to loosen his tie.
